I was on the second to top floor with a great view from our very private balcony. I am very happy to say that our room was very clean with a comfortable bed, sofa, table and chairs, fridge with freezer. At the end of the day, there was lots of hot water for the shower. The room was huge and had a nice view of the sea. Overall, the rooms are very basic, clean, but no decor, so not homely and quite clinical.

I could walk to the promenade and main square easily. However, the hotel needs a bit of a spruce up and is a bit far from the bus station, making it quite a steep uphill walk with big luggage.
